Rashtriya Poshan Maah 2026 is a month-long Government of India campaign using the theme “Hamari Anganwadi, Hamari Jimmedari” to call for shared ownership of Anganwadi Centres as places for nutrition, care and early childhood development. Read the official campaign brief.
As of 31 January 2026, the Ministry of Women and Child Development reported that 2 lakh government-building Anganwadi Centres had been approved for Saksham Anganwadi upgradation. Day-to-day implementation of Mission Saksham Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 rests with the relevant State or Union Territory administration. Smart Anganwadi is a private implementation and planning platform, not a government department, tender, grant or recruitment portal.
